Corporate Consultants Are In Disruption

The unfortunate truth is, that a few of these “Leaders” (Or Major Players”) are responsible for the lack of digitization in Corporations and the mediocre performance.

The only company I was recently in multiple touchpoints to be impressed with is McKinsey. They have reinvented themselves and are working with a framework of advisors, who have done it and can really contribute. You can always argue about individual outcomes, but very often I find the super expertise they bring to the table – and that also in Thailand and across the region – excellent addition!

Whereas many of the others do not have a strong pool of experts, to begin with, and aren’t sharing these all too often with Thai and regional firms!

The conclusion for organizations is to build their own capabilities and avoid the “buying the brand” approach.
